The challenge was not just to cover IT services but also to enhance the platform to align with Onebright's vision. Over three years, the goal was to increase platform efficiency and support mental health initiatives.
Starshot used Agile methodologies to keep collaboration seamless, with daily check-ins, sprint planning, refinements, reviews, and retrospectives. We stayed connected through emails and Microsoft Teams calls, working closely with their Group CTO and lead developer to ensure everything stayed on track.
